Harold Saunders Visit
As a part of the launch of the University of Alabama Chapter of Sustained Dialogue, former U.S. diplomat and founder of Sustained Dialogue, Harold Saunders was invited to campus on Monday, October 9, 2006.
Students, faculty, and staff attended a private reception in his honor at the President's Mansion, as well as a public lecture in which Dr. Saunders discussed his experience with conflict resolution techniques on international and domestic levels.
