Intercultural Student Council
Intercultural Student Council is a 15-member student council that was created to advise Crossroads on intercultural issues and build cross-cultural relationships with associations and clubs accross campus. This council holds four main events throughout the year. Once a month, ISC hosts a café series wherein it highlights other associations on campus by co-sponsoring an event with them to enhance student awareness. It also hosts two intercultural films and forums, one in the fall semester and one in the spring. ISC's main fall event is the global simulation workshop where students, in an interactive format, learn about fair global trade and traditions. Finally, ISC's community service event is the 10,000 Villages Sale where the members sell handcrafted goods made by artisans from across the world in order to support fair trade.
